Methods. Our work is underpinned by R-Labs™ methodology to understand,implement and evaluate programmes and operations. We have brought together a team who understand the context of conflict & crises and who can develop, test and scale ideas to produce transformative innovations to serve vulnerable populations.

R-Labs™ merge information systems design, intelligence analysis and strategy formulation to provide a unique laboratory to drive results. R-Labs™ are run combining an agile ethos and design  ‘sprints’ to achieve learning alongside clearly defined objectives and against a strict timeline. This process guarantees end results are aligned with client objectives.

Results are structured to meet compliance of industry standards and frameworks such UK National Audit Office and US System for Award Management (SAM) while matching client supplied structures (DoS, DoD, USAID, CSSF, MoD, DFID, EU, UN).

We see this compliance as an implied business function not an outcome. Therefore we focus on building extra value with clients through trust, and endeavour to be industry leaders for Accountability, Efficiency and Reliability.

Human Rights. ARTIOS achieve this high integrity ethos with human rights at the centre of our business action. Where possible, we use SDG-compatible outcomes and indicators for monitoring and reporting on project achievements.  Therefore each project will strive to bring resources and knowledge on SDG mainstreaming from other sectors closer to the communities we work in.

Duty Of Care (DoC). ARTIOS DoC is a core function and organisational culture tenet to build resilience in our workforce which covers:

Our DoC culture is underwritten through the use of established tools of accountability, risk assessment and conflict sensitivity while actively mainstreaming updated initiatives for gender sensitivity and mental health as we implement the UN Global Compact principles.

We work to and have ongoing accreditation to ISO 9001, 31000 & 14001, are signatories of the  UN Global Compact  and Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office - ICO Registered.
